Video Not Downloading? Quick Fixes
- It says the video isn't public
- It's private, friends-only or in a closed group. Only videos set to Public can be downloaded.
- There's no 1080p button
- Facebook doesn't have this video in 1080p, or it's longer than 5 minutes (take the 1080p WebM then).
- I can't find the video on my iPhone
- Safari saves it to Files > Downloads. Tap it, then Share > 'Save Video'.
- The WebM won't save to Photos
- iPhones can't keep WebM. Use an MP4 button instead.
- The link doesn't work
